Every project undergoes a detailed analysis and approval process before commencement to ensure clear understanding of requirements, scope, timelines, and deliverables.

As our services and digital products are customized, non-tangible, and resource-intensive, payments made for services and digital products are generally non-refundable once an order has been confirmed and work has commenced.

General Refund Policy

Upon confirmation of a project and initiation of work, Rarepage Technologies does not provide refunds for:

  • Website design and development services
  • Mobile application development services
  • Digital marketing services
  • Software development services
  • Digital products and downloadable assets
  • Consultation and professional services
  • Administrative, setup, installation, or onboarding fees

However, refund requests may be reviewed under exceptional circumstances as outlined below.

Situations Considered for Review

1. Non-Delivery of Service

In rare cases, project delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, including resource availability, technical challenges, or external dependencies. Clients are encouraged to contact our support team to resolve such issues. Delays do not automatically qualify for refunds, as resources and efforts may have already been allocated to the project.

2. Major Technical Defects

All services and digital products are thoroughly tested before delivery. If significant technical issues are identified, clients must report them to our support team with detailed information. Rarepage Technologies will make reasonable efforts to rectify the issue. Refunds will not be issued if the issue can be resolved through support, updates, corrections, or maintenance.

3. Service or Product Not as Described

If a delivered service or digital product substantially differs from the agreed scope or description, the client must notify Rarepage Technologies within 2 business days of delivery. The client must provide clear evidence demonstrating the discrepancy. Claims based solely on personal expectations, assumptions, or preferences that were not included in the approved project scope will not be considered valid grounds for a refund.

Partial Work and Resource Allocation

Every project involves planning, resource allocation, project management, development, testing, and administrative efforts. Therefore:

  • Refunds will not be granted for completed work.
  • Refunds will not be granted for partially completed milestones that have already consumed project resources.
  • Payments made for completed deliverables remain non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are strictly non-refundable:

  • Administrative fees
  • Setup and installation charges
  • Consultation fees
  • Project planning and discovery fees
  • Taxes and statutory charges imposed by regulatory authorities
  • Payment gateway processing fees

Third-Party Services and Purchases

Rarepage Technologies may procure third-party services or products on behalf of clients, including but not limited to domain registrations, web hosting services, SSL certificates, premium plugins, APIs, software licenses, themes and templates, cloud services, and third-party integrations. Any amounts paid towards such third-party products or services are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of usage status or project cancellation.

Third-Party Delays and Service Interruptions

Rarepage Technologies shall not be held responsible for delays, disruptions, downtime, or performance issues caused by third-party vendors, hosting providers, internet service providers, payment gateways, software providers, or external platforms. Such circumstances do not qualify for refunds.

Same-Day and Express Delivery Services

Projects or services purchased under same-day, expedited, priority, or express delivery categories are non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of resources and scheduling commitments.

Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a project before work has commenced. Once project execution begins, cancellation requests will be evaluated based on the work completed and resources utilized. Rarepage Technologies reserves the right to determine whether any refund, if applicable, may be granted after deducting costs already incurred.

Client Responsibility

By purchasing any service or digital product through our website, email, telephone, office visit, online meeting, messaging platform, or any other communication channel, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. It is the client's responsibility to review this policy before making a purchase.
